Google blocks competition – by accident

The new Google Toolbar has reportedly been blocking results from other search engines.
The default feature – suggested as perhaps a “bug” – would be a very unwelcome attempt to force users from other search products.
While Microsoft was increasingly perceived as “enemy number 1″ in the 1990’s for oppresive tactics, Google’s own corporate behaviour has been increasingly regarded as overtly aggressive and unwelcome.
