Digital Window buys Buy.at

Digital Window, the company behind Affiliate Window, has bought rival affiliate network Buy.at through the acquisition of Perfiliate Ltd.

Buy.at was started in 2002 in Newcastle, and saw rapid expansion in 2006 with funding from DFJ Esprit Capital Partners. They were listed by the NMA as the fastest growing affiliate network in 2007, and the following year were acquired by AOL.

Buy.at have become a major force in the affiliate market, serving clients such as Asda, BT, and the BBC. Buy.at has especially also become a major provider of financial affiliate programs, covering Aviva, LV=, Halifax, Legal & General, Nationwide Building Society, Swinton, and Virgin Money.

Buy.at has also dominated the phone market with 3, Orange, O2, signed up for mobile affiliate programs, as well as BT and Carphone Warehouse.
