WiFi Cloud over London

The City of London is get its wireless internet access over the Square Mile.

Provided by The Cloud, it is expected to provide full coverage of the area within 6 months, with equipment installed in lamposts.

The network be available to customers of The Cloud, but also other network providers.

The move shows a growing movement towards wireless internet access - something that has certainly alarmed telecoms operators.
